All reservation requests are subject to approval and reviewed within 24 hours.

Guest must be 25 years of age or older to book.

Cancellation

Cancel 30+ days before check-in: 100% refund
Cancel 7–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
Cancel within 7 days of check-in: no refund

For added peace of mind, all reservations also include a 48-hour grace period after booking, during which you may cancel for a full refund as long as check-in is more than 14 days away.
