Before booking your stay

  • All reservation requests are subject to approval and reviewed within 24 hours.

  • Steep stairs + delicate decor. Best suited for adults and children 8+. Not recommended for guests with limited mobility.

  • Guest be 25 years of age or older to book.

Cancellation

  • Cancel 30+ days before check-in: 100% refund

  • Cancel 7–29 days before check-in: 50% refund

  • Cancel within 7 days of check-in: no refund

For added peace of mind, all reservations also include a 48-hour grace period after booking, during which you may cancel for a full refund as long as check-in is more than 14 days away.
